This red version of CORCOR is made by fermenting molasses (by-products of cane sugar) produced during the refinery process. Most rum products are made from molasses, as essences (artificial aromatics) and caramel (chemical pigment) are added to mask their characteristic flavor and scent.

CORCOR Premium is for those who appreciate the deep and rich flavor that can only be achieved through aging. It comes in a special handmade unglazed jar -- the production of which is limited even in Okinawa -- gently wrapped with sugarcane-made Ryukyuan paper. The original tin package requires a month to produce due to its complex and sophisticated design. Each jar comes with a hand-lettered label with a serial number.
